Due to the exclusive nature of our subscription services, your subscription fee on SPECIALS is non-refundable.
However, if a member has paid full standard yearly price for membership, and really requires a refund, we calculate the number of months that have been used – charged at the normal monthly rate - and refund the unused portion minus a $30 handling fee.
However, if you are uncertain about a long-term membership, it is suggested that you join on a monthly basis, which allows more flexibility in ceasing membership at any time.
There are no refunds on monthly payments.
