Who operates this service
Weekly Options USA is published by Weekly Options USA LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. We are a publisher of options trading information. We are not, and do not act as, a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or money manager, and we do not manage, hold, or have access to any subscriber's funds or accounts.
Weekly Options USA relies on the “publisher's exclusion” from the definition of investment adviser under Section 202(a)(11) of the United States Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and corresponding state securities laws. All of our content is impersonal, is published on a regular schedule, and is made available to subscribers generally. We do not provide advice that is tailored to any individual's objectives, financial situation, or needs.
Where this service is available
Weekly Options USA is offered to readers in most countries, but it is not available to residents of Australia, and it is not directed at, or intended to induce, any person in Australia to use the service. Weekly Options USA does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and does not provide financial services in Australia.
When you create an account you confirm that you are not a resident of Australia and that you may lawfully receive this service in the country where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. We may decline or close any account, and refuse or refund any payment, where we believe this condition is not met.
Not investment advice
All content on this site and in our alerts, newsletters and communications is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, personalized investment advice or a recommendation tailored to your circumstances, and it is not an offer, solicitation, or inducement to buy or sell any security or financial product. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should seek advice from a licensed professional in your own jurisdiction before acting on any information.
Risk disclosure
Weekly Options USA is a publisher of general trading research and education, not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Everything we publish is general information only, never personal advice or a recommendation tailored to you, and you make your own trading decisions. Options trading carries substantial risk, including leverage, volatility, and the loss of your entire investment, and is not suitable for everyone. We guarantee no profit, accuracy or outcome. Past performance, including any results shown on this site, does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Prior to buying or selling an option, you should read “Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options” published by The Options Clearing Corporation. Copies are available from your broker or at theocc.com.
Performance figures
Each figure is a model result calculated from the published entry price and the recorded exit price. It is not a member's return, and it does not include individual fills, fees, taxes or execution differences. Individual results vary with timing, fills, position sizing and each member's own decisions, so no member's return will match the published figure. Every closed trade is published, wins and losses alike, and figures are recalculated from the recorded entry and exit prices rather than taken from any previously published percentage. Exit levels are published as general guidelines only; we do not tell any member the specific price to sell at or the moment to exit, and each member sets their own stop-loss and profit levels to their own risk tolerance. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise or guarantee of any particular return.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee any profit, the accuracy or completeness of any information we publish, or any future result. Any trading decision you make is yours alone.
The positions we publish
Every position published by Weekly Options USA is a model position. Model positions are tracked on paper using delayed market quotes and do not represent trades made or positions held by Weekly Options USA.
Weekly Options USA does not trade on behalf of subscribers, execute subscriber transactions, or take the opposite side of subscriber trades. We do not trade ahead of our subscribers: our people do not deal in the options contracts we publish on advance knowledge of what we are about to publish, and every subscriber sees a published position at the same time.
The owners and personnel of Weekly Options USA may from time to time personally own or trade securities, including securities or underlying shares discussed in our publications. Any such personal holdings or transactions are separate from the model positions we publish, may differ from them, and should not be taken as a sign that a published model position has been entered into personally. Our policy prohibits any personal transaction that competes with the interests of our subscribers that are known to us, and we are not compensated by any company for covering it in our research.
Limitation of liability
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weekly Options USA and its owners accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, any information we publish.
Subscriptions and refunds
Monthly membership is $119 and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
The Trader's Trio is a recurring subscription: $357 charged today, then $357 again every four months until you cancel. Each renewal is charged the same way as the first.
The 14-Day Research Desk Pass is $19 charged today, and your card is kept on file so membership can start when the pass ends. On day 14 the pass becomes a monthly membership. The first monthly charge is $100, which is $119 less the $19 you already paid for the pass, and it is $119 a month after that until you cancel. Cancel before day 14 and nothing further is charged.
The 14-Day Research Desk Pass is an introductory offer and is available once per account. An account that has held a pass, whether it converted to a membership or not, cannot buy another one.
You can cancel at any time and you keep access for the period you have already paid for. Monthly memberships and the Trader's Trio can be canceled from your account page. To cancel a 14-Day Research Desk Pass before it converts, email us and we will confirm it in writing. Conditions apply to promotional offers. Contact information@weeklyoptionsusa.com with any billing question.
Access is unlocked as soon as your payment clears, and the research is delivered to you from that moment, so this service is used as it is delivered. For that reason we do not refund time you have already had access to.
Canceling stops the next charge. It does not refund the period you are already inside, because your access runs on to the end of that period.
Once a renewal period has started, that renewal is not refunded. The one honest exception is a renewal you did not intend to keep. If you meant to cancel, the charge caught you out, and you have not used the new period, contact us straight away and we will look at it.
The 14-Day Research Desk Pass is not refundable. It is a fourteen-day access period and the whole of it is delivered inside those two weeks. If you decide it is not for you, cancel before day 14 and no monthly charge is made. You keep the pass to the end of the fourteen days.
To ask about a refund, use our contact page or email information@weeklyoptionsusa.com. Include the email address on the account and the charge you are asking about.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to operate the service: your email address and name for delivering alerts and newsletters, your residency declaration and the country your sign-up came from for compliance, and payment status from our payment providers. We never sell your details. We share them only with the service providers who run this service and process the data on our behalf: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and hosting and database infrastructure (Vercel and Supabase). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and delete your account and personal data yourself from your account page, or by contacting us.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page, and we erase your personal data: your name, your email and delivery address, your residency declaration, your trade journal and your account record. If you are being billed, deleting your account cancels that billing. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also ask us to do this for you by contacting us, and we will action it without undue delay.
Two narrow things are kept after deletion, and only these. First, the minimal transaction record our payment processor is required to hold for tax and accounting, no longer linked to a profile. Second, a one-way cryptographic hash of the email, and where relevant the card, used to redeem the one-time 14-day pass, kept solely to enforce the once-per-person rule so the introductory offer cannot be claimed again by deleting and re-registering. That hash is pseudonymised: it is not kept in a form we can read back to your name, email or other details, and it is used for nothing but that one check. We rely on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse for this limited retention, which sits alongside your right to erasure rather than overriding it.
Governing law
These notices and your use of Weekly Options USA are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence applies.
